Day 1:Errachidia- Vally- Erfoud — Merzouga.

We pick you up at your hotel in Errachidia or the Moulay Ali Cherif Airport in Errachidia, so your two-day desert trip from Errachidia to Merzouga starts off smoothly. Set out on a leisurely drive through the quaint Ziz Valley, stopping at a panoramic viewpoint for some amazing photo ops. We travel on to Erfoud, the fossil capital, before arriving at the fascinating Erg Chebbi dunes.Our second pleasure is waiting for us when we get to Merzouga: a meeting with a knowledgeable camel guide and their camels. Day 2: Explore Merzouga Desert >>Errachidia.

At your desert tent, start the second day of your tour with a delicious breakfast that will set the tone for the entire day. After breakfast, you can drive back to Merzouga town in comfort in a 4×4 car or go on a camel trek.

Once in Merzouga, take a vehicle ride into the dunes, Embark on an exploratory journey through the desert’s captivating scenery. We will be visiting a nomadic family that lives close to the borders of Algeria and Morocco, which promises to be a rich cultural experience. Experience their distinct way of life before moving on to the village of the dark-skinned people, who are originally descended from slaves from Sudan.
